How do I place an order?
Simply click on the product you are interested in, click how many of each item and add to cart. If the flavor you want is out of stock, feel free to send an email in the CONTACT section and let us know what you need. We will be happy to fill your request as soon as more product is ready.
Payment and Shipping
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments through Pay Pal.
Our shipping rates are calculated directly from the USPS based on your package's weight and the distance of delivering it, We have maintained the lowest possible prices for our products, rather than subsidizing the cost of the shipping within our product pricing and offering free or reduced shipping rates, we opt for transparent pricing system. We share a portion of the shipping on all purchases to help keep the cost down on your end.
When will my order Ship?
Please allow 2 business days for us to process and ship your order, but we usually ship the day after orders are placed. However, if you place an order on Friday it will ship by the following Monday.

In-town order pick-ups
If you wish to pick your order up, simply send an email to heartmtncreations@yahoo.com after placing your order, or select this as an option in your shopping cart during checkout. If you would rather pay cash, just mention that in an email and do not place the order through the shopping cart. Local pickup orders do not incur shipping charges.
